1. Acceptance

By using ThriftKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

ThriftKit helps you identify thrift items, view estimated resale comps, and list items on eBay and Facebook Marketplace. Price estimates are based on historical sold listings and are not guarantees of future sale price.

3. Subscriptions

ThriftKit offers a free tier (5 scans per month) and ThriftKit Pro via in-app purchase. Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies. Annual plans may include a free trial; cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4. eBay and third parties

eBay listing features require a connected eBay seller account and are subject to eBay's terms. Facebook Marketplace listing uses your device's share sheet; we do not have an API integration with Meta.

5. Disclaimer

ThriftKit is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of AI identification, comps, or profit calculations. You are responsible for your buying and selling decisions.
